Sing Alleluia!
Jesus Christ rose on Easter
He has redeemed us!

Not the greatest art inspired by our Lord’s resurrection but the parable tells us to use our talents to the best of our abilities.

Holy Saturday
Forty days of Lent have passed
Easter Sunday, come!
<><><><><><><><><><><><><><><>
One more day.
I wrote a haiku.
A short poem just for you.
I hope you like it.
<><><><><><><><><><><><><><>
In this case it is for you plural.
Just saw a picture
Progressive Field got updates.
Work in progress, right?
<><><><><><><><><><><><>
I want to see the updates in person.
Oh! So many fools.
Fooling others is such fun.
I’m not fooling, folks.

This poem is dedicated to Lisa B., who reminded me it is National Poetry Month. I don’t think she is a fool. I am a fool because I will try to write a poem every day this month.
Poem for a Cold Cleveland Commute
Salt-stained walls knock down the sound
Friction fails, steel slides and spins around
Blue sky sun blinds on dirty glass
Tailpipes belch smoke like a dragon’s ass
Four lanes, three lanes, two lanes, one.
We’re all stuck in a cold, cold, cold, Cleveland commute.
I truly wonder
Are angry folk on twitter
that way in real life? #haiku

It is official
Regular season is it
I still love my Tribe!
Monetize haikus
That’s my greatest goal in life
Well, that, and a nap
I love September
Blue skies and cooler breezes
Baseball, football too!
